UAE Visa

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the world’s most popular travel destinations, renowned for its modern city life, impressive skyscrapers, luxury hotels, vast shopping centres and unique desert landscapes. Blending traditional Arab culture with modern life, the UAE offers visitors a variety of experiences for holidays, shopping, business and exploration.

The passport must have a validity period of at least 6 months.
The passport and required documents for the application must be submitted completely and legibly.
Visa applications are subject to the evaluation of UAE immigration authorities.
The approval or rejection of the visa application is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
The application processing time may vary depending on public holidays, workload, and the evaluation processes of the immigration authorities.
The applicant is responsible for any issues that may arise from providing incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information.
Finalizing flight tickets, hotels, or other travel plans before the visa is approved is solely the applicant's responsibility.
The issuance of a visa does not guarantee definitive entry into the UAE; the decision to enter the country rests with the border/immigration authorities.
Any penalties and other legal obligations that may arise in the event of overstaying the visa belong to the applicant.
Application fees and additional service charges, if any, are subject to the conditions specified before initiating the application process.

Once the necessary procedures for the visa application have been initiated, application fees are non-refundable.
In the event that the application is rejected by the UAE authorities, official visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
The applicant is responsible for any delays, rejections, or other consequences arising from the submission of incomplete or incorrect information/documents by the applicant.
Cancellation requests made before the application process is initiated may be eligible for a refund depending on the service provider's evaluation and the current processing status.
No refunds are made for cancellations or travel plan changes made after the visa has been approved.
The processing time for a visa application may vary due to the workload of UAE official authorities, public holidays, and additional reviews. These circumstances do not give rise to a right to a refund.
In cases eligible for a refund, the payment will be issued according to the payment method used.
Fees regarding flight tickets, hotel reservations, or other travel services are independent of the visa service and are subject to the relevant service provider's own cancellation/refund conditions.

Passport: A clear copy of the illustrated page, valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip.

Biometric Photograph: Taken within the last 6 months, with a white background, in color and digitally scanned format.

ID Photocopy: A photocopy of the front and back of the identity card or new ID card.
